2013 A Good Year For Renewable Energy!

So far so good for 2013 and ahead for the Renewable industry. The Feed In Tarif has stabilised and the price of panels have dropped to the point we can now offer our clients returns of around 12% on their investment for a domestice Photovoltaic system.
The real champion at the moment is the 50Kw size systems, if you have the space for 50KW (200 Panels) you can expect the system to be paid for in around 7 years. The majority of systems this size are on Commercial properties, which helps businesses reduce their carbon footprint, not to mention the huge reduction in their energy bills.
2013 Is also going to welcome in the Renewable Heat Incentive for Domestic customers, the information on this is still to be confirmed but early indications are that the incentives for this will be very attractive. The good news is you do not have to wait if you want to install now or have already you will qualify aslong as you have had you heating system installed by an MCS registred company like us!
